Responsibility for the operation, administration and continuous development of the IT infrastructure at Pro Infirmis.
Support and troubleshooting for specialised applications and tools.
Planning, execution and management of IT projects, from initiation to implementation.
Creation and maintenance of documentation for work and installation processes to ensure transparency and traceability.
Support and advice in 2nd-level support, especially for more complex technical enquiries and problems.
Requirements:
Completed IT vocational training or a general vocational training with additional ICT specialist training (e.g. higher technical college / university of applied sciences).
Professional experience in system technology, networks (LAN, WAN, NAC) and IT support.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Entra and Intune) as well as experience with Windows servers.
Initial experience in project management.
Very good oral and written German skills as well as good oral French skills.
