Tasks
- Initiation of ASB for new products and relaunches
- Handling of complaints
- Customer support
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
- Deputising function in internal sales
- Processing of specific customer platforms
- Support in the development of relevant key figures
- Support of Key Account Management
- Support in the preparation of offers and sample dispatch
- General correspondence and administrative sales activities
- Good knowledge of SAP and Sales Force system
Profile
- Training as a commercial clerk or an equivalent qualification in the food sector
- Professional experience in internal sales
- Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact as well as support tasks
- German as mother tongue, English skills advantageous
- Flexible, proactive and positive work attitude
- Communicative personality
