Your tasks
- Active support of the support team in daily operational business.
- Classification, prioritisation, and triage of all incoming support tickets.
- Receiving and processing incoming support calls from our customers.
- Ensuring smooth operations by covering support service hours from 08:00 to 17:00 daily.
- Handling customer inquiries and internal tickets within the scope of first- and second-level support.
- Receiving, analysing, and processing requests and concerns from the application managers of our customers as well as competent advice within the scope of second-level support.
- Monitoring customer systems via monitoring tools as well as analysing and resolving faults.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating operational and system documentation.
This position includes participation in the on-call duty on a four-week rotation to ensure operational readiness outside regular working hours.
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science or completed IT training.
- Relevant professional experience in application support or first- and second-level support.
- Ideally experience in healthcare with clinical information systems.
- Reliability & resilience to keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- Enjoyment in collaborating with customers, project managers, and developers.
- Curiosity for interfaces, integrations, and complex system landscapes.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; French and English are advantageous.
