Your role

You ensure the availability of critical spare parts and technical operating resources for our maintenance. You are responsible for the quality of our material master data and play a key role in the establishment and further development of a modern technical warehouse.

As a central interface between maintenance, maintenance planning, warehouse and purchasing, you coordinate technical material requirements and support the selection of suitable solutions. You also accompany the further development of our system landscape from Care Office to an integrated SAP solution and actively shape cross-departmental optimisation projects.

What you can achieve with us

• Ensuring the demand-oriented availability of critical spare parts and technical operating resources
• Responsibility for technical material management and optimisation of inventory levels
• Maintenance, cleansing and continuous improvement of material master data
• Standardisation of spare parts as well as reduction of duplicates and obsolete materials
• Technical clarification and coordination of material requirements between maintenance, warehouse and purchasing
• Further development of the technical warehouse as well as optimisation of material flows and storage processes
• Participation in digitalisation and OPEX projects, especially in the migration from Care Office to SAP

Your qualities as a professional and a person

• Technical basic training, for example in mechanics, electrical engineering or automation, alternatively commercial training with a strong technical understanding
• Further training in material management, logistics or supply chain is an advantage
• Experience in technical material management, spare parts management or technical purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP; experience with Onventis is an advantage
• Very good technical understanding as well as a strong affinity for data and processes
• Structured, analytical and independent working style with a high awareness of quality
• Strong communication skills, organisational talent, assertiveness and a pragmatic personality with a touch of humour as a team player
