About the job
The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional center and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants and about 3,100 students. The Dietikon school currently comprises six school units. It has many years of experience in the field of special education and integration. The Therapies specialist team includes all speech therapy and psychomotor specialists of Dietikon. The Therapies specialist team forms an independent unit within the Dietikon school and reports to the Therapies specialist office management. Monthly meetings in the specialist team offer exchange between the two specialist areas.

Your tasks
• Planning and conducting speech therapy individual and group therapies
• Ensuring evidence-based therapy quality as well as active participation in the continuous improvement process of the prevention and therapy offerings for students with special educational needs
• Parent counseling and advising professionals regarding language support in everyday life
• Writing meaningful therapeutic reports
Your profile
• Diploma in Speech Therapy or Language Therapy
• Openness, enthusiasm, teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
