• Complete export processing in the area of general cargo
• Customer support for enquiries and complaints
• Shipment tracking, order entry and preparation of invoicing
• Network maintenance in the general cargo sector and collaboration with dispatch and warehouse
• Preparation of all customs-relevant documents (export declarations, transit)
• Quality assurance during delivery and collection

• Completed training in forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in handling general cargo traffic, ideally in the export sector
• Customer-oriented and precise working style as well as quality awareness
• Teamwork skills and strong communication
• Confident use of MS Office
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French and Italian advantageous
