Import Clerk (m/f/d) 100%

Tasks:

• Processing orders from A to Z, i.e.
• Creating orders and quoting requests
• Carrying out import customs clearance and checking customs documents
• Organising final deliveries and preparing invoices
• Independent and responsible handling of enquiries (e.g. customs, changes, special regulations)
• Maintaining contact with partners in Switzerland and abroad, local customers and customs
• Carrying out small deliveries or taking out papers (when necessary, e.g. to customs, vegetable hall, etc.)
• Supporting document filing and other office tasks

Profile:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) with specialisation in import, customs and/or international freight forwarding
• Several years of professional experience as an import clerk
• High self-motivation, helpfulness, sense of duty and responsibility
• Positive, flexible, team-oriented and quality-conscious personality who enjoys working
• Accurate, independent and careful working style
• Willingness to be on call 1 week/month and weekend duty 1x/month
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• German and good English skills
• Ideal place of residence in the greater Zurich North area is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
