Responsibilities

• You will teach a lower grade class (Cycle 1 and 2) in a job-sharing arrangement • You will work in a heterogeneous class and support students individually according to the principles of LP 21 • You will manage parent contacts and conduct discussions for support planning • You will network in the support process with therapists and specialists • You will maintain close contact with the job partner, the lower grade team, and the school management • You will take on areas of responsibility within the team

Requirements

• Diploma in school-based special education (or in training) or primary teacher with professional experience in the field of special education • Enjoyment of the challenges of everyday school life • High team ability and willingness to work interdisciplinary • Working days: Thursday and Friday • Participation in school development days and team meetings (about 11 meetings per year on Monday afternoons, online participation possible)
