Responsibilities:

• Learning the services of Rocken®:

  • Recruiting:
    - Recording publications according to campaigns
    - Screening and interviewing qualified specialists
    - Creating Rocken® Talent Profiles

  • Consulting:
    - Process analysis & interview support
    - Advising on Rocken® Talent Profiles
    - Participation in existing client support and consulting

  • Account Management:
    - Potential & needs analyses
    - Market analyses
    - Support in customer care

• Learning the responsible specialist area

• Accompanying client visits and preparing presentations

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for a tech startup with high expectations and ambitions

• Ongoing or recently completed studies

• Preferably ongoing relevant further education or university degree HF/FH/Uni/ETH

• Sales enthusiasm for technologies and HR digitalisation

• Very good communication skills

• Quick comprehension, analytical and networked thinking ability

• Willingness to take responsibility and persistent doer mentality

• Charismatic team player, open-minded and responsible
