What you will achieve

• Leadership, promotion and further development of the two teams (maintenance of operating equipment and infrastructure) consisting of 27 employees and 4 direct reports
• Overall management and further development of maintenance with a focus on organisation and processes
• Further development and implementation of the IHA strategy
• Responsibility for plant availability
• Setting budget, resources and managing costs
• Identifying and driving process optimisations
• Succession planning, or perspective to take over overall management of Technical Services

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: in the technical area, preferably engineering
• Professional experience: At least 5-10 years of professional experience in the required area with proven leadership experience
• Service-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• Independent, committed and forward-looking working style as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
• Leadership and project management experience in a complex technical environment
• Experience in automated logistics and production systems as well as in life cycle management of technical equipment, warehouse management and strategic maintenance
• Experience with Lean Management and Operational Excellence
• Experience in construction project management
• German (C1)
