Telephone Salesperson Butchery 100%

• active telephone and written support of existing as well as potential new customers
• sale of goods according to the specifications of purchasing and marketing
• independent negotiation of sales prices within the guidelines
• development of new customers and customer groups
• processing and follow-up of customer complaints
• providing information to customers
• carrying out administrative tasks and supporting supervisors in day-to-day business

• completed commercial basic training, mandatory in Switzerland
• expertise in the butchery sector is essential
• good understanding of food products
• very good user knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• very good German and French skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory
• strong communication and negotiation skills
• customer-oriented and sales-strong appearance
