Due to high demand, we are opening a 2nd location in Holenacker Bern in November and are looking for another committed employee to support a well-coordinated, 5-person team. You will care for and accompany young adults within the framework of a professional IV measure. Our goal is to support the residents so that they successfully complete their professional measure and integrate into the working world. Your area of responsibility
- Together with a colleague, you are responsible for 6 residents in two apartments.
- You care for and accompany the residents in the reference person system on topics related to
- You work closely with the training place, the IV, therapists, guardians, and trusteeship.
- You participate in location, team, and residential group meetings as well as internal training sessions.
- You take part in tasks of the institution. (e.g., lunch supervision, home festivals)
- You are involved in the further development of our care services.
- Minimum age 25 years
- You enjoy independence and can responsibly use the offered scope for design.
- You are interested in the topics of ASD and ADHD.
- You are sensitive to issues around the inclusion of residents in society.
- You enjoy shaping residential group life as well as cooking.
- You are interested in the living and leisure space of the residents.
- You bring initiative and creative ideas for the design of the reference person work.
- You are willing to work three weekly evening shifts, as well as 3 to 4 on-call duties per month.
- A large scope for design and we enable you to use it responsibly and committedly.
- A versatile, responsible, and varied task.
- A lived, cooperative working and leadership style with role-based self-organization in the teams.
