We are looking for a Talent Acquisition
Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by
attracting, engaging, and hiring top talents across a diverse range of
functions. Beyond managing the full recruitment lifecycle, you will act as a
trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them identify and secure the talent
needed to support our business objectives. Reporting directly to HR Director
Switzerland, you will be working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist
is part of the BOBST SA Talent Acquisition team. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the site, promoting the employer brand, developing partnerships with educational institutions, and contributing to Group-wide HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives. Main Responsibilities
Projects
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from validating hiring needs with the HR Business Partner and Hiring Manager through to candidate offer acceptance
- Advise and challenge managers on recruitment strategies, labor market trends, and candidate selection practices
- Define and implement sourcing strategies tailored to targeted talent profiles
- Screen and shortlist applications
- Conduct phone pre-screening and qualification interviews
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Guarantee timely feedback and communication to all applicants
- Collaborate with recruitment and temporary staffing agencies when required
- Manage the lifecycle of candidates and open positions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of recruitment data
Main Stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate sources, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and tools
- Support the implementation and deployment of HRIS solutions, particularly those related to recruitment. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, training, and change management activities for key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with targeted schools, universities, and training institutions
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to projects related to the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and overall employer attractiveness

Functional Skills
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment
- Proven experience recruiting technical, engineering, production, and/or supply chain profiles
- Fluency in French and English is required; German at a minimum B2 level is highly desirable
