What is my role?

You are the heart between technology and customer service! In this exciting role, you ensure that everything runs smoothly - from the initial enquiry to the final billing.

Your daily routine is varied and dynamic:

• You take care of the complete order processing: creating offers, planning projects and ensuring smooth implementation - mainly in the technical area

• On the phone, you are the friendly voice for our customers and advise them competently on their concerns

• You coordinate appointments and work closely with colleagues from dispatch to ensure everything runs like clockwork

• Sales promotion and market development are also part of your responsibilities - you actively contribute ideas

• Invoicing and general administrative tasks complete your versatile range of duties

What do I need to be successful?

You bring technical know-how and commercial skills - the perfect combination for this position!

We expect the following from you:

• A technical education in building technology, complemented by commercial training

• Professional experience from the construction or a related industry

• You like to get stuck in, are flexible and a true team player

• Even when things get hectic, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview

• Independent and structured working is a matter of course for you

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• A friendly manner and pleasant social skills complete your profile
