As Co-Team Leader Nursing, you take responsibility for your team, actively shape developments, and together with your co-leader ensure a strong nursing daily routine.

• Your education: Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH.
• Your experience: outpatient nursing – ideally you already know the Spitex sector.
• Your leadership potential: You bring leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership role.
• Your working style: Organised, independent, and with joy in responsibility.
• Your communication: You build trust, promote collaboration, and meet people on equal terms.
• Your mobility: Driving licence category B and own vehicle.
