Tasks
- Unterstützung bei telefonischen Anfragen von Kunden und Ärzten.
- Bearbeitung von Bestellungen am Empfang für Walk-in Kunden.
- Durchführung von Blutentnahmen und Laboraufträgen.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MPA oder BMA erforderlich.
- Berufserfahrung in einem medizinischen Labor von Vorteil.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Teamfähigkeit sind wichtig.

About the job
The Lab Community 1 is a cooperatively organised private medical laboratory from Zurich, with over 45 years of experience.
For the reopening of our walk-in laboratory at the Baden location, we are looking for three new team members starting August 2026 as
YOUR TASKS ARE:
- Professional support for telephone enquiries
- Recording and processing orders from walk-in customers as well as external medical orders at reception
- Performing venous and capillary blood sampling
- Recording and processing laboratory orders in the laboratory
- Co-responsibility for organising the smooth daily routine
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed vocational training as MPA or BMA
- Professional experience in a medical laboratory
- Very good knowledge of German
- Teamwork skills and efficient as well as careful working method
- Independence, resilience, flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work Saturday shifts on a rota
