Your tasks

• You conduct assessment interviews and are responsible for correct needs assessments
• Together with your well-coordinated team, you strive for the best possible quality of care and thus ensure the satisfaction of our residents
• You lead by example every day, motivate your team and create a family atmosphere
• Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organise the daily care

Your profile

• A qualification as a Dipl. Nurse HF or equivalent training
• Experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector
• You have a flair for working with elderly people
• You are interested in care development and contribute to improving the quality of care
• You are an open and loyal personality who likes to get involved
