The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care centre each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees provide elderly people with a regionally unique comprehensive care service ranging from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Holistic care at Adullam is characterised by a high standard of quality, lived humanity, and great respect for old age.

For our care centres in Basel, we are seeking a personality from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement who will professionally strengthen our nursing teams, actively shape developments, and together with the nursing specialists and interprofessional teams further advance evidence-based and compassionate nursing.

Nursing Specialist 60 - 100%

Your Tasks

• You ensure nursing quality appropriately considering the needs of our residents
• You respond to the various demands of the residents with mature sensitivity and confidence
• You actively represent the nursing service in the interprofessional team

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or health and nursing professional in Germany
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Enjoyment and interest in contact with elderly people
• Service-oriented understanding that values the needs of the residents
• High flexibility, reliability, and integrative communication skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Recent graduates are welcome
