- Telephone and digital customer advice for Swisscom
- Sales and up-selling (existing customers, no cold calling)
- Use of modern CRM and communication systems
- Participation in exciting projects and campaigns
- Opportunity to take on additional tasks
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in the service or sales sector
- Enjoyment of sales and direct customer contact
- Digital affinity and quick comprehension
- Very good Swiss German skills
- Team player, reliable and willing to take responsibility
