You are the voice of max-urech.shop.

Workshop trolleys, shelving systems, environmental cabinets, diesel tank systems, complete operational equipment: Anyone who calls us, emails, writes in the shop chat or orders online should receive competent advice and get what they need. For this, we need you, right in the middle between customers, purchasing and warehouse.

Your job

• Advise customers by phone, email and in the shop chat and find the right solution
• Create quotes, follow up and secure orders. Even when negotiating the price
• Process orders from A to Z: record, confirm, communicate delivery dates
• Resolve complaints and enquiries. Friendly, solution-oriented, done
• Work closely with purchasing, warehouse and management to ensure everything is right for the customer

You fit with us if

• you have a commercial or technical basic education
• you have experience in internal sales or order processing. An advantage but not a must. We are open
• you enjoy talking to customers and remain friendly and confident even with demanding customers
• you write fluent German and communicate confidently in French both orally and in writing
• you are proficient in MS Office. Experience with an ERP, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, is a plus
• you think ahead, take initiative and speak up if something is wrong. Personality beats the perfect CV with us
