Team Leader Service Centre 80-100% (m/f/d)
The Service Centre is the central hub of our organisation and combines diverse functions as well as a wide range of tasks. At reception, our customers are competently and friendly advised both by phone and at the counter. In the back office, the employees ensure the maintenance of customer data and are responsible for the digitisation of incoming physical mail. The area of activity is complemented by various building services as well as the maintenance of the cafeteria.
Your tasks
- Personnel and organisational management of the Service Centre with 14 employees
- Ensuring high accessibility and service quality for our customers
- Control and continuous optimisation of daily processes
- Further development of employees
- Coordination with internal interfaces and customers
- Responsibility for capacity planning, forecasting and reporting
- Participation in projects for the digitisation and further development of our customer service
Your profile
- You have been in a leadership position for about 4 years and ideally already have leadership training
- You bring experience in a hub function and skilfully interact with various stakeholders
- Professional experience in the field of (social) insurances is an advantage
- Strong service orientation, independence and initiative
