What you will achieve
- You accompany leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, develop P&C strategies and measures in line with corporate goals, and shape change processes. You recognise trends early and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- You support complex personnel and labour law issues and promote a constructive, appreciative, and solution-oriented leadership culture.
- You lead the People & Culture team both professionally and personally and foster an open, trusting team culture. You prioritise and coordinate P&C topics, coach your team in its development, and ensure a high quality of HR work.
- You manage demanding employee relations topics such as conflicts and separation processes. You lead HR projects, further develop processes, systems, and offerings, and drive the advancement of our HR processes and standards.
- You lead the entire recruitment area and ensure that we can attract suitable candidates for WePractice. You actively participate in the recruitment process and regularly conduct interviews with suitable candidates.
- You work closely with management and internal stakeholders as well as external partners, contribute ideas, question the status quo, and participate in concrete offerings and concepts to continuously develop WePractice.
What you bring
- Education: Completed basic or further training
- Field: HR
- Professional experience: 4 years of HR experience
- Several years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a comparable role
- Experience in leading and developing an HR team
- Solid experience in advising leaders and handling complex People & Culture topics
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and modern HR processes
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills advantageous
- Experience in accompanying organisational development and change processes advantageous
- Experience in the healthcare or practice environment advantageous
- German (B1)
- English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
