2nd Level Supporter (m/f/d) - Financial Accounting 80-100%

What to expect from us:

• You independently handle complex customer and fiduciary enquiries in the area of accounting and posting. You communicate confidently on an equal footing with customers and fiduciaries – target group appropriate and solution-oriented.
• SPOC (Single Point of Contact): As the voice of our customers, you shape product development: You prepare feedback based on data and jointly steer the further development of the software in your area with product management.
• Together with the Product Owner, you master release and incident management, test new functions and ensure that communication is guaranteed both internally and externally.
• You reproduce errors and record them for our development department. You manage customer information and communicate updates as well as workarounds precisely.
• You deliver meaningful reports and use your analyses to actively optimise processes.
• You empower your support colleagues through regular training around your area. You create a first-class help centre with texts, videos and graphics for maximum customer self-help.
• You are also co-responsible for other modules and ensure the deputy role of the SPOC. You attend meetings in the absence and resolve customer enquiries in this module.

What we expect from you:

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector and ideally bring 3–4 years of professional experience in support and/or financial accounting.
• Your strength lies in analysing complex issues and developing pragmatic solutions.
• You are a communication talent and can explain technical topics clearly and understandably.
• A structured and independent way of working characterises you, while you also appreciate teamwork.
• Experience in financial accounting and administrative tasks, especially in the context of SME processes, is a plus.
• Your language skills are excellent: You have native-level German and very good English skills. Any additional foreign language is a plus.
