We are strengthening our team! In this fixed-term role as a commercial employee, you have the opportunity to decisively support the HR department.
Commercial Employee 60-80% (m/f/d) - 12 Months
What You Achieve
- You digitalise, structure and maintain personnel documents in our systems.
You are responsible for the mandatory security check processes. - You revise HR templates in German, French, Italian and English.
- You take on recurring HR administrative tasks.
- You organise the archiving of personnel files.
- You support the maintenance and updating of our e-learnings as well as the coordination of translations.
- You standardise course descriptions on our Learning Manager system.
- You coordinate reminders, participation certificates and other administrative tasks related to training and further education.
What You Bring
- With your completed commercial basic training EFZ, you bring the ideal foundation for this versatile role.
- Initial experience in an administrative environment helps you quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks and processes.
- You communicate confidently in German – both orally and in writing. French and English skills are a welcome plus.
- You use common Microsoft Office applications securely and efficiently; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- You work independently, carefully and punctually and enjoy process-oriented activities.
- Thanks to your strong planning and organisational skills, you keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You convince with a flexible, reliable and humorous personality and contribute to positive teamwork.
