What awaits you Independent case handling: You handle legal cases of private and corporate clients, especially in the area of contract law. Your advice is mainly provided by telephone Use of AI: Smart AI tools are available to you in your daily work so that you can work efficiently and focus on the essentials Legal advice with a modern twist: You analyse various facts and solve problems straightforwardly, pragmatically, and in the interest of the customers Negotiations: You conduct oral and written negotiations with insured persons, opposing parties, lawyers, and authorities What you bring You have a Swiss university degree in law (MLaw), lawyer's licence is an advantage You have already gained professional experience in contract law and applied it in practice You are strong in communication and can convey complex matters understandably and empathetically. In addition, you have unbeatable negotiation skills.
