Your tasks:
- You advise management, leaders and teams in building a commitment-based working environment.
- You take on the conception and long-term process management of interventions and change projects at all hierarchical levels.
- You design and facilitate targeted and results-oriented workshops and training sessions at all hierarchical levels.
- You coach leaders and teams through change processes.
- You bring modern approaches to leadership and effective working environments into client work and develop suitable solutions from them.
- You further develop existing client relationships, acquire new mandates and build long-term client partnerships.
- You contribute to internal development initiatives and ensure that new approaches are tested, implemented and sustainably anchored.
- You help to further develop our products and services into a coordinated commitment development process.
What you bring:
- You are passionate about the idea of a commitment-based working environment and want to help leadership in Switzerland to be thought of and lived differently.
- You enjoy winning leaders over to new perspectives and enabling them to shape a commitment working environment together with their teams.
- You bring energy, passion and a desire to shape things and want to truly make a difference for our clients.
- You can advise leaders on an equal footing, challenge them and accompany them over longer development processes.
- You have a completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences as well as recognised training in organisational development, coaching and/or training.
- You have a solid understanding of systemic process consulting and can analyse and shape complex relationships in organisations.
- You bring experience in accompanying demanding organisational development projects and transformation processes and have already led initiatives from idea through conception to successful implementation and sustainable anchoring.
- You have strong analytical skills, interpret data, recognise patterns and derive well-founded decision bases from them.
- You bring empathy and understand the needs and perspectives of employees and leaders.
- You have a team player mentality and enjoy sharing your insights with other consultants, learning and growing together.
- You can structure and reliably accompany several client projects simultaneously.
- You communicate convincingly, enjoy working on-site with clients, are willing to travel and quickly adapt to different companies.
- You bring many years of experience in project acquisition.
- You communicate confidently in German and French, ideally bilingually.
