Your Tasks

You lead a nursing team professionally and personally and ensure the care processes of your department
You lead by example every day and motivate your team to top performance
Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize the daily care
You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives, and the nursing team

What You Bring

A qualification as a certified nurse
Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with appropriate training
You have an interest in care development and improving care quality
You have good organizational skills and good PC knowledge
Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good
