JOB DESCRIPTION:
You support the comprehensive deployment planning of our total of 46 service technicians in Switzerland
- You schedule our technicians both in the assigned area and cross-departmentally for faults, maintenance and new installations
- You take over order-related communication with customers, technicians, team leaders, supporters and the back office team
- As one of five dispatchers in our dedicated team, you actively contribute to customer satisfaction and profitability
- Additionally, you support our customers by phone with your first-level skills and offer quick, solution-oriented help
PROFILE:
- You have completed basic training and have several years of professional experience in the commercial field
- You have good technical basic knowledge as well as a strong interest and flair for technology
- You are a team player, appreciate intensive customer contact and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
- You have good geographical knowledge and convince with very good organisational and planning skills
- You speak fluent German and basic French skills are a welcome plus
- You are confident in using the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is an advantage
