Sales Manager Hardgoods (m/f/d)

You are active all year round – skiing in winter, biking or playing golf in summer? For our sports shop in Laax, we are looking for you as Sales Manager Hardgoods – with leadership skills and broad sports know-how.

Your tasks:
– Leading our sales team in the hardgoods sector (Winter: Ski/Snowboard, Summer: Golf & E-Mountainbike)
– Competent advice on skis, snowboards, bindings & boots as well as golf equipment and e-mountain bikes
– Responsibility for purchasing, assortment and stock management across both seasons
– Organisation of ski, snowboard and bike rental
– Assortment maintenance and attractive product presentation
– Responsibility for sales and inventory in the hardgoods area

Your profile:
– Solid product knowledge in at least one of the areas of winter sports, golf or e-mountain biking, ideally broader expertise
– Experience in the sports retail sector, ideally with leadership experience
– Organisational talent and a hands-on mentality
– Enjoyment of customer contact and genuine enthusiasm for sport
