For an established company in the Bern area, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual as Deputy Head of Finance, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Deputising for the Head of Finance
- Managing the financial accounting
- Supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Supporting budgeting, reporting and forecasts
- Further development of the internal control system (ICS)
- Participating in process optimisations and digitalisation projects
- Preparing analyses and evaluations
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training
- Further education in finance and accounting (federal diploma) or higher vocational school/university of applied sciences
- Several years of experience in finance and accounting
- Good knowledge of financial accounting and financial statements
- Experience with ICS and compliance is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Responsible and team-oriented personality
- Very good German and French skills, Italian is an advantage
