The Michel Group AG includes the psychiatric facility Privatklinik Meiringen, the rehabilitation clinic Hasliberg, and the Helsenberg Foundation with three residential homes and various workplaces, as well as the Haslital laundry and Haslital daycare centre, along with services in other areas. It employs around 850 staff members at various locations.

The hospitality team ensures the well-being of patients and staff in the housekeeping and gastronomy departments of the various institutions.

At the Hasliberg location, we are looking for a person with a passion for gastronomy and joy in making a difference together with a committed team.
The different medical conditions and nutritional needs of our patients, as well as individual offers for supplementary insured persons, make the role professionally exciting and varied. Nutrition for us is more than just catering: it should contribute to enjoyment, well-being, and recovery.

Your tasks

• Preparation, finishing, and serving of meals for patients, staff, and guests
• Preparation of prescribed special diets and individual dietary forms
• Supervision and attractive presentation of our buffets and catering offers
• Ensuring our quality and hygiene standards
• Participation in inventory management and economical use of resources
• Active collaboration within the kitchen and hospitality team as well as with other specialist departments
• Thinking ahead, taking initiative, and helping to shape our offers and processes

Our expectations

• Training as a Chef / Cook EFZ
• Experience in healthcare or community catering is an advantage
• Knowledge of dietetics and special nutrition is an advantage or interest in developing in this area
