As a Customer Service Advisor at MAN Truck & Bus Switzerland Ltd, you are the hub between our customers and the workshop. You understand technology, can deal with people and keep an overview even when several things are happening at once.

Commercial Vehicle Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d)

Your job

You receive customers and vehicles, coordinate workshop orders and appointments, prepare cost estimates and accompany the order until the vehicle handover.

What you bring with you

A technical education in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector and enjoyment of customer contact. You work independently, think ahead and find solutions instead of excuses.
