These are your tasks
- Processing and coordination of enquiries from national and international banks in the area of Mandatory Cash Related Corporate Actions (dividends, interest and repayments) across all relevant markets
- Clarification of entitlement questions as well as booking and payment discrepancies
- Clarifications with banks, custodians, CSDs, paying agents and other market participants to ensure correct and timely processing
- Research using internal and external systems, data sources and market documents
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments
- Handling customer escalations and contributing to the optimisation of processes and service quality
This is what you bring
- Commercial training, banking apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Ideally experience in asset servicing, custody, corporate actions or securities operations
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written German and English (at least B2)
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with analytical thinking
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as professional appearance
