YOUR TASKS

• Independent analysis as well as support of the Mortgage Officers in processing mortgage loan applications, credit decisions, preparation of credit formalities, ordering of mortgage and other additional securities, general correspondence

• Independent preparation and follow-up of maturities and mortgage extensions

• Daily contact with mortgage advisors, relationship managers, clients, authorities, and other financial institutions (in writing and by phone, mainly in German, but also occasionally in English, French, and Italian)

• Support in projects and initiatives, e.g. data cleansing initiatives due to regulatory changes

• Handling written and telephone inquiries from all over Switzerland

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or completed commercial apprenticeship, with further training in mortgage business

• At least 5 years of professional experience as well as theoretical and practical knowledge in the mortgage business (mandatory)

• Good MS Office skills

• Communicative and engaging personality with a strong customer and service orientation

• Quick comprehension and high independence, precise and efficient working style, enjoyment of analytical and administrative tasks

• Fluent German and English skills are necessary and French skills are a plus
