Production Specialist (80–100%) Cable Assembly & Electronics
Starting immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- You take responsibility for rough and detailed planning and ensure smooth production operations
- You ensure quality, monitor processes, and resolve challenges efficiently and proactively
- You actively participate in daily operations, record feedback in the ERP system, and take care of machine and equipment maintenance
- You drive continuous improvement and implement lean management principles purposefully
- You are responsible for the introduction of new orders, assess feasibility, and support rollouts until successful implementation
- You lead employees requiring assistance with appreciation and encouragement and ensure optimal personnel deployment
- You implement the pedagogical mandate and its quality standards in collaboration with the pedagogical specialist
You bring with you
- Technical basic training in the electrical industry (e.g. automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, or equivalent)
- Experience in production and leadership, ideally in regulated environments
- Solid expertise in cable assembly (e.g. cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, wiring according to plan or schematic)
- Knowledge of quality management (ISO 9001:2015) and experience in lean management
- Business understanding and confident use of ERP systems
- High social competence; pedagogical skills are an advantage or willingness to undertake further training
- Responsible role with scope for creativity
