About the job
As Co-Manager: Kitchen, you share responsibility with your co-manager for the healthy, varied and age-appropriate catering of our residents, employees and external guests.
Together with a dedicated kitchen team of around 10 employees, you lead the operation both professionally and organisationally. You actively participate in production and contribute significantly to the overall culinary experience.
In this role, you work across locations in Belp and have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of processes and offerings. Your ideas and your courage to try new things are welcome here.
Together with your team, you ensure smooth daily operations. Compliance with applicable hygiene and quality regulations is a matter of course for you.

- Completed training as a cook with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Additional training as a diet cook with a federal specialist certificate is desirable
- Trainer course is an advantage or willingness to complete it
- Professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Efficient, careful working style with organisational skills
- Flexibility, resilience and willingness to work weekends
- Understanding and empathy for older people and a strong customer orientation
- 5 weeks holiday, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
