We offer training opportunities for the 2026 intake for profiles of Apprentice Socio-Educational Assistant (ASE) (M/F).

Mission

By gradually taking on responsibilities within an educational team, you will actively participate in supporting the people cared for. Supported by experienced trainers, you will proactively implement the support policy of our institution, focused on recognising the needs and wishes of the people cared for. You will have the opportunity to work within multidisciplinary teams, in collaboration with the residents’ social network.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to residents with basic care and daily living activities,

Enhance the implementation of individual and community programmes,

Collaborate in developing educational strategies adapted to the different needs of residents,

Work in an interdisciplinary manner,

Undertake certain administrative tasks related to residents and the educational team.

Desired profile

Completion of compulsory schooling certificate,

Minimum age required: 18 years,

Experience in social work is welcome,

Strong interest in helping relationships and supporting people with disabilities,

Ease in teamwork and communication, sharing tasks; reliability,

Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programmes.

Work environment

We offer you quality supervision within a major institution.

Irregular hours, weekend work according to rota.
