Back Office Employee 50%
Your main tasks:
- Administrative responsibility for organising and coordinating external events (training courses, specialist conferences, online events, etc.)
- Administrative responsibility for organising and coordinating internal events (board meetings, general meetings, delegate meetings, retreats, specialist committees, etc.)
- Participation in communication: configuring and sending newsletters, contributing to the social media presence, managing the website
- Maintenance and further development of the M365 collaboration environment (especially SharePoint and Teams)
- General administrative tasks: taking minutes at meetings and internal events, member administration, maintaining the address database, managing the central mailbox, assisting with the annual report, etc.
Your profile:
- Commercial training (or equivalent) with professional experience, ideally in an association or a non-profit organisation
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, etc.), social media platforms and experience in configuring newsletters (Mailchimp).
- Fluent German and/or French: very good knowledge of the other language is desirable
- Strong planning and organisational skills as well as enjoyment in coordinating diverse tasks
- Independent, reliable, committed and proactive personality
