The Restaurant Gartenstadt AG in Münchenstein combines traditional cuisine with a modern approach. Our dishes are created from seasonal and preferably regional ingredients, which we refine with Mediterranean influences and a creative touch. The pavilion and the garden area under chestnut trees create a stylish ambience

and offer space for social occasions, celebrations, aperitifs or smaller events.

Your tasks

Operational management

• Overall operational responsibility for the restaurant

• Leadership, motivation and further development of the entire team

• Duty roster and personnel deployment planning

• Ensuring an economical and efficient operational process

• Responsibility for budget, cost and quality control

• Purchasing and ordering in the service area

• Participation in the further development of the gastronomic offer

• Maintenance of supplier, regular guest and business partner relationships

Chef de Service

• Active host role in daily service

• Ensuring a professional and cordial service process

• Leadership and training of the service team

• Responsibility for reservations, events and banquets

• Wine and beverage care as well as guest advice

• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards

Your profile:

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management (EFZ, hotel management school or comparable)

• Several years of experience in gastronomy as a leader

• Distinctive host personality with a high service orientation

• Entrepreneurial thinking and economic understanding

• Organisational talent as well as independent and structured working style

• Passion for hospitality and service quality

• High resilience and flexibility

• Very good German skills, additional languages advantageous
