How you contribute:

• You lead demanding infrastructure and electrical projects within the ewl cross-network and accompany them from the initial idea through planning to successful commissioning.
• You actively drive sustainable energy projects forward and make a direct contribution to the decarbonisation of the region – especially in the areas of lake water utilisation and district heating.
• You conduct public tenders and professionally and punctually prepare the necessary documents.
• You develop cost calculations, budgets and decision-making bases and support the project teams as an electrical engineering specialist.
• You are responsible for the electrical planning of our systems, coordinate the creation of plans, diagrams and technical documentation, and ensure a structured handover to operations.
• You represent your field of expertise in internal and external project meetings and work closely with authorities, specialist planners, contractors and other stakeholders.
• You support our apprentices with your knowledge and actively contribute to their professional development.
• You contribute ideas, help shape processes and continuously develop our ways of working.

What you bring:

• You have completed basic electrical training as an electrician, electrical planner, automation technician or a comparable qualification.
• You have a recognised further education in electrical engineering (e.g. certified electrical project manager FA, certified electrician HFP, technician HF or engineer FH) or bring several years of experience in successfully managing electrical projects.
• You know the relevant Swiss standards, regulations and safety requirements and apply them confidently in practice.
• You have experience in planning, designing, tendering and realising electrical systems.
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with several parallel projects.
• You convince with your clear communication, professional appearance and ability to successfully bring together different interests.
• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility and keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
