Quality Assurance Employee – Product Validation & Sampling (all genders)

YOUR MISSION

• Coordination and execution of product validations, initial samplings (EMPB/ISIR) and PPAP processes
• Creation, review and maintenance of quality-relevant documentation and evidence
• Collaboration with internal departments as well as customers and suppliers to ensure quality requirements
• Monitoring deadlines, open actions and quality-relevant activities
• Support during audits, incoming goods inspections and management of measuring and testing equipment
• Participation in the continuous improvement of quality processes and standards

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical, commercial or quality-related training, ideally with further education in quality management
• At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance or a comparable role in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience with product validations as well as ISIR, EMPB and PPAP processes
• Confident handling of ERP and quality management systems as well as very good MS Office skills
• Technical understanding, experience in reading technical drawings and handling measuring and testing equipment
• Good knowledge of quality standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 as well as a structured, independent and detail-oriented working style
• Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
