Role:
Do you want to combine your experience in export with technical understanding and international customer contact? In this versatile position, you will manage the spare parts business, coordinate worldwide deliveries, and ensure reliable processing of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
You will manage international spare parts sales and independently oversee customer orders through to completion.
You will coordinate worldwide goods deliveries and ensure compliance with agreed shipping dates.
You will prepare export and transport documents and check their completeness.
You will manage customs tariff numbers, origin information, and relevant master data.
You will support customers and service centres with technical and commercial enquiries.
You will clarify export-related questions and participate in internal customs audits.
You will create evaluations, reports, and credit notes and keep Excel overviews up to date.
You will ensure structured documentation and archiving of business documents.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma, supplemented by further training in export or foreign trade, and bring professional experience in export and/or foreign trade from a comparable position.
You possess strong technical understanding and can comprehend complex contexts.
You are confident in using MS Office and common PC applications.
You have preferably already worked with ERP and export software, especially OpaccOne and Expowin.
You impress with initiative, teamwork, resilience, as well as an independent, precise, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
You have very good German skills as well as good English and French skills.
