To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Generalist (80–100%, m/f/d) who supports our clients directly on-site and/or remotely within the scope of various interim mandates. You will independently take on operational and administrative HR tasks, bridge personnel shortages and vacancies, and ensure professional and reliable HR support for our clients.

Your tasks

• Independent handling of all personnel administrative tasks from entry to exit (excluding recruitment and contract creation)
• Maintenance and control of payroll-relevant personnel data
• Support for payroll managers
• Contact person for managers and employees on personnel administrative matters
• Documentation and ongoing optimisation of personnel processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training, with further education as HR assistant or HR specialist
• Solid user knowledge in ABACUS and/or SAP
• Precise, structured, and reliable working style with a high quality awareness
• Team-oriented, communicative personality with service and customer orientation
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
