Tasks
- First Level Support: Contact point for technical inquiries and troubleshooting (by phone, email, chat, and via ITSM ticketing tool in DE, FR, and EN)
- Inventory recording and reporting of ordering needs for IT hardware
- Data and access management: recording, managing, and maintaining user data and access rights
- On- and offboarding as well as internal role changes of employees for IT hardware, software, permissions in SAP as well as in Active Directory and Intune including setting up workplaces
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Support in IT projects and in the introduction of new technologies and systems
Requirements
- Experience in IT support
- Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Exceptionally high service orientation and joy in solving IT problems
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- High social competence to inspire and support employees for digitalization goals
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Teamwork skills and analytical thinking ability
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, iPadOS, iOS, ticketing tools, SAP, Intune (MDM), and Microsoft 365 tools is an advantage
