Service Manager
What you can achieve
- You negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), coordinate them with the parties involved, and continuously manage them.
- You regularly review agreed SLAs and monitor services, availability, as well as the performance of systems, networks, and applications.
- You define service and operational management processes and effectively implement them.
- You design standardised processes to ensure service continuity.
- You act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers and outsourcing partners.
What sets you apart
- a completed IT education or a comparable qualification
- several years of professional experience in IT Service Management
- profound knowledge in provider management and governance
- a customer- and service-oriented mindset as well as good communication skills
- a self-reliant and responsible personality with strong planning and organisational skills
