Tasks

What tasks await you as a Construction Logistics Planner (m/f/d)?

• You accompany construction logistics projects along the SIA project phases - from preliminary project through tendering to realisation. This includes in particular the development of construction logistics concepts, determining requirements for storage areas, traffic routes, site setup, construction water and power, creating logistics schedules as well as contributing to the preparation of specifications for construction logistics
• You are the central contact person for internal and external project partners and actively shape project meetings with your expertise
• Together with the project team, you drive projects forward successfully and ensure the achievement of project goals as well as compliance with our quality standards

Requirements

What do you bring as a Construction Logistics Planner (m/f/d)?

• You have a qualification or degree in construction and already bring several years of professional experience in work preparation (AVOR), construction logistics, site setup etc.
• You handle the use of CAD programmes and other digital tools effortlessly
• You have a high quality standard, recognise improvement potential at first glance and value clean, well-thought-out solutions. With your motivating manner, team spirit and hands-on mentality, you not only bring projects to success but also advance the people around you
