Under the supervision of a sales manager, you will actively participate in the commercial development of the company and the growth of a portfolio of potential clients.
In this role, your tasks will notably include:
- Developing turnover and the client portfolio in the IT market.
- Identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
- Managing the client relationship throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Contributing to the definition and execution of the commercial strategy.
Main responsibilities
- Defining and implementing a multichannel prospecting strategy (telephone, digital, field).
- Acquiring new clients and opening strategic accounts.
- Conducting sales meetings (qualification, offer presentation, negotiation).
- Analyzing client needs and building tailored solutions (IT services, staffing, projects).
- Developing and retaining a client portfolio.
- Monitoring and developing existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell).
- Managing the complete sales cycle up to signature.
- Close collaboration with recruitment and delivery teams.
- Managing commercial performance (KPIs, pipeline, forecasts).
- Using and optimizing the CRM.
- Market watch (competition, trends, opportunities).
