Operational Buyer

This is the role

• Operational procurement and handling of the ordering system 
• Obtaining and comparing offers as well as conducting price negotiations 
• Monitoring delivery dates and checking invoices 
• Handling complaints and maintaining supplier relationships 
• Maintaining, managing and analysing master data and contracts in SAP 
• Supporting internal departments 

What we expect

• Completed commercial or technical basic training with further education in purchasing (e.g. federal diploma or higher technical college) 
• Professional experience in purchasing as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness 
• Good English skills, spoken and written 
• Good SAP and MS Office skills 
• Independent, structured and team-oriented working style with strong communication skills
