These tasks await you

• Quality inspection of diamond powder and diamond suspensions using the latest electronic measuring instruments
• Responsibility for ensuring and further developing quality standards, quality processes and the quality management system (ISO 9001)
• Planning, execution and evaluation of quality inspections, audits and risk analyses
• Handling customer complaints, deviations and conducting 8D processes
• Analysis of quality problems and implementation of sustainable corrective and improvement measures
• Support in the industrialisation of new products and processes as well as application of QM methods (SPC, FMEA)
• Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant documentation, test plans, quality data and certificates
• Coordination of quality activities at the site including calibration of test and measuring equipment as well as support of internal and external audits
• Monitoring of quality indicators and derivation of appropriate improvement measures
• Close cooperation with production, engineering, supply chain and operations to ensure robust quality processes
• Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the company

What you bring with you

• Technical training with further education or degree in mechanical engineering, engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing company
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 as well as common quality methods and improvement processes
• Experience in dealing with complaints, CAPA processes and quality improvement projects
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confident handling of ERP systems and quality-relevant data
• Very good German and good English skills
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable further training is an advantage
