About the job
These tasks await you
- Quality inspection of diamond powder and diamond suspensions using the latest electronic measuring instruments
- Responsibility for ensuring and further developing quality standards, quality processes and the quality management system (ISO 9001)
- Planning, execution and evaluation of quality inspections, audits and risk analyses
- Handling customer complaints, deviations and conducting 8D processes
- Analysis of quality problems and implementation of sustainable corrective and improvement measures
- Support in the industrialisation of new products and processes as well as application of QM methods (SPC, FMEA)
- Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant documentation, test plans, quality data and certificates
- Coordination of quality activities at the site including calibration of test and measuring equipment as well as support of internal and external audits
- Monitoring of quality indicators and derivation of appropriate improvement measures
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, supply chain and operations to ensure robust quality processes
- Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the company
What you bring with you
- Technical training with further education or degree in mechanical engineering, engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing company
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 as well as common quality methods and improvement processes
- Experience in dealing with complaints, CAPA processes and quality improvement projects
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confident handling of ERP systems and quality-relevant data
- Very good German and good English skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable further training is an advantage
