THIS IS WHAT DRIVES YOU

• You independently manage your property mandates and personally, proactively and economically look after mainly condominium owners' associations
• You plan and lead condominium owners' meetings, implement resolutions and coordinate collaboration with owners, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities
• You competently advise our customers on legal, technical and financial issues concerning their properties
• You identify the need for action early, manage maintenance and renovation measures and keep an eye on quality, deadlines and costs
• Depending on your interest and experience, you contribute to valuations, mediations and the further development of our processes and services

THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED

• You hold a federal specialist certificate in property management or a comparable further qualification
• You bring solid experience in property management, preferably in condominiums
• You manage mandates independently, set priorities confidently and act in a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial manner
• You convince with professional confidence, negotiation skills and a confident appearance
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented and reliable manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You communicate fluently in German and are familiar with digital work processes
• You appreciate professional exchange within the team and actively contribute to the further development of our property division
